Truffle Polenta 300g
A decadent alternative to potato, pasta or rice. This makes a wonderful accompaniment for braises, slow cooked dishes and casseroles. You could also try refrigerating the prepared polenta until firm before cutting into thick chips and shallow or air frying until golden crisp for a luxurious treat – serves 5

Serving Suggestions – Simply bring 4 parts liquid (stock, water or milk) to a gentle simmer then add 1 part polenta. Whisk over a low heat for a few minutes until your desired consistency and texture is achieved. Stir through some butter or truffle oil before serving to enrich and finish with freshly shaved parmesan

Our Passionate Pursuit of Excellence
A singular vision led Truffle Hill to be established in 1997: cultivating and offering the highest quality Black Périgord (Tuber Melanosporum) truffles in Australia. We chose the famed terroir of Manjimup, Western Australia, because of its climate and environment rivalling Périgord, France. We planted the first truffle-inoculated hazelnut and oak trees on vast rolling hills studded with towering forest giants. With this act, we pioneered black truffle farming in mainland Australia.
