Umitochi will not accept claims if it has been damaged due to incorrect storage.
Returns or claims must be submitted to umitochi within 24 hours of receiving.
All claims are subject to investigation before a decision is made and any rejections by Umitochi will be communicated to the customer . For the avoidance of doubt , non-compliance by the customer with this agreement will be considered in any investigation and may cause the claim to be rejected.
