At PLANTIN, our morels are dried just after harvest, on a rack over a wood fire to give them a delicious, lightly smoked taste. Our dried morels thus retain all their unique flavours and aromas, and can be preserved for several months, unlike fresh mushrooms. You can thus enjoy wild morels in any season.
