Description

Bolar blade meat is a cut of beef taken from a cow’s shoulder, which contains strong muscles high fat marbling often used for braise and pot roast.

Bolar Blade is also know as Misuji in Japanese which is a highly sought after yakiniku and shabu shabu cute due to its high collagen and interesting texture.

By slicing Bolar blade thin it allows this flavourful cut of meat to be very palatable and a perfect choice for shabu shabu or hot pot.
