Jade Tiger Abalone is proud to be the only Australian producer of abalone with our own on-site canning facility. This gives us full traceability for all our stock and 100% quality control over our product – from abalone spawning, to grow out, to processing into can. Jade Tiger Abalone’s can processing facility (EX687) is a modern, state-of-the-art facility commissioned in July 2020. Our canned abalone products are designed to showcase the sweet, pearl white meat and naturally tender texture of our abalone. There is minimal use of processing aids, to ensure that the natural abalone flavor is preserved. We pride ourselves on having one of the most modern facilities in Australia and the highest possible levels of food safety in all our processing procedures.
