Harvested from New Zealand’s South Island, whitebait is regarded as one of New Zealand’s most prized seafood delicacies. These are packed into 250g packs and snap-frozen shortly after harvesting to preserve and maintain its flavour and quality. Batter them or flour them, they are sweet and tender! Or you could mix them with some beaten eggs to make an omelette, a traditional way the New Zealanders enjoy them!
