To make into a chimichurri sauce, simply add 1 part Al Frugoni’s Chimichurri dry rub and 1 part red wine vinegar, mix and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then add 2 parts olive oil, mix and serve with your freshly grilled steaks, chicken, fish and vegetables!
